Q: Where is my order?

Please allow up to 2-3 business days for your order to ship. Tracking is sent through our website. If you haven't recieved tracking, please check your spam folder.

Q: What shipping options are available?

Online orders will be shipped through UPS, based on the customers choice at checkout. We (do not) ship to P.O. boxes. Please contact us if you are interested in an expedited shipping on your order.

Free Shipping applies to order 75+ to the continental US excludes oversized parts

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?

Yes, we ship worldwide via USPS or Fed Ex. Customs duties and import fees to your country will vary and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Check with your local customs office for more information. Freight fees will vary depending on what parts are ordered and the size of the box(es). Please e-mail a list items you intend to order so we may calculate the best, most efficient, and least expensive method to ship your order.

Q: What could cause a shipping delay?

Shipping delay can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address. If the shipping company can not deliver the package we will contact you via phone or email.

During the holiday season shipping delivery may vary.

Q: Is there a cost on returns?

If an item needs to be returned, please reach out for an RMA number and a return label can be issued.

Amount of refund will be based on the purchase price of your product.
