How much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and chosen shipping method. Exact costs are calculated at checkout.
What shipping methods do you offer?
CatalyticConverter.net offers UPS or FedEx Standard Ground, Expedited, and Next-Day shipping options. Our preferred carrier is UPS but may vary by location. Please contact us if you are interested in expedited shipping on your order.
Do you have a minimum order?
No, we do not require a minimum order amount.
Where is my order?
Please allow up to 2-3 business days for your order to ship. Tracking is sent through our website. If you haven't received tracking, please check your spam folder.
What shipping options are available?
Online orders will be shipped through UPS, based on your choice at checkout. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please contact us if you are interested in expedited shipping on your order.
What's your Free Shipping policy?
Free shipping applies to orders over $75 to the continental US and excludes oversized parts.
Will you provide tracking information?
Yes, tracking details will be emailed to you once your order ships.
If I pay by credit card, will you charge my card once the item has shipped?
We charge your card at the time of order. For security reasons, we do not store credit card information.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide via UPS or FedEx. Customs duties and import fees to your country will vary and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Check with your local customs office for more information. Freight fees will vary depending on what parts are ordered and the size of the box(es). Please e-mail a list of items you intend to order so we may calculate the best, most efficient, and least expensive method to ship your order.
What could cause a shipping delay?
Shipping delays can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address. If the shipping company can not deliver the package we will contact you via phone or email. During the holiday season, shipping delivery times may vary.
If I ordered a part thatโs out of stock, when will it ship?
If youโve ordered an out of stock or back ordered item, the CatalyticConverter.net team will notify you ASAP with an estimated restock date and shipping timeline.
Can you ship my order to multiple addresses?
No, we currently only ship to one address per order. If you have a special circumstance, contact us at sales@catalyticconverter.net.
Do you ship to AK, HI, and US territories?
Yes, we ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. Not all shipping options are available and additional shipping fees may apply.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APOs/FPOs?
No, we do not ship to PO Boxes nor APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Pleaseย contact us before you order for help if this is your only shipping address.
Do you ship hazardous items?
Some hazardous items may be restricted. Pleaseย contact us for specific details before ordering.
Do you ship oversized parts?
Yes, but be aware that oversized parts may require special handling and additional shipping fees. Any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. Free shipping promotions will not apply to oversized packages.
What happens if you ship the wrong part?
We hope this never happens, but if it does, pleaseย contact us immediately. We'll work together to get you the correct part as soon as possible.
What happens if a part is damaged during shipping?
If your order arrives damaged,ย contact us immediately with photos so we can assist with a resolution.
How can I be sure youโre shipping me products that will fit my vehicle?
If you have questions about fitment, pleaseย contact us prior to ordering. We're happy to help you order the correct part for your vehicle.
What happens if the part doesnโt work with my vehicle?
If the part you ordered does not fit as expected, please refer to our return policy for instructions.
What if my address changes before my order ships? Can I change where you send my shipment?
If your address changes,ย contact us immediately. Address changes may not be possible once an order is processed. If your order has already been processed, you may need to contact the carrier to update your shipping address.
What if I never receive an order?
If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please refer to your tracking number. Please make sure you will be there to receive your package and ensure you have a secure place to have your package delivered. Unfortunately, the carrier is not responsible for a package after itโs delivered, and we do not cover loss after delivery. CatalyticConverter.net cannot be liable for stolen deliveries.
Is there a cost on returns?
If an item needs to be returned, please reach out for an RMA number and a return label can be issued. The amount of your refund and any restocking fees will be based on the purchase price of your product.
What happens if I refuse the shipment?
Please do not refuse a shipment. Refusing a shipment means the order will be returned to us, which can delay a refund and cause additional charges such as restocking fees and return shipping costs. If you'd like to return your part, accept the package and start the returnย process.
