  4. Our team will inspect the product. If everything looks fine, we'll issue a refund to the original payment method.

If you believe the item received is defective, please contact us to discuss a warranty claim.ย If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos, file a claim with the carrier, and we may be able to assist with a resolution.

What if my return never arrives? Do I still get a refund?

No. This is why we strongly recommend insuring your return shipment.

What if someone else bought the part for me and I want to return or exchange it?

We canโ€™t issue a refund to anyone but the original purchaser. However, we may be able to offer an exchange - contact us to discuss.
